Carrie sold our house! She epitomizes true professionalism with tons of smarts and experience, a great can do attitude, sound advice, and the most unbelievable communication possible. She was on EVERYTHING -- from start to finish. On a scale of 1-10 she is 100. I have been thinking about this review and I can't think of one single thing I would change about her. She is that good. I chose Carrie as my realtor because of her expertise of the DC area real estate market, her years of experience, her negotiation skills, and her down-to-earth personality. This all came in handy when I was finally able to list my house right as the market was shifting from the hot market as a result of the pandemic, to a more normalized market. It was an unprecendented time as the market began to cool down, but Carrie's guidance on pricing strategy is what helped get my house sold. There were two other similar houses in my neighborhood of the same square footage that entered the market well before my house was listed. However, Carrie's instincts on listening to the market paid off as my house sold before the other two. I was able to get a full price offer thanks to her strategy and promotion. Carrie is also very easy to talk to, as she took the time to explain whatever I had questions on, and she listens to what you say. She never pushes you or pressures you, and she allows you to take the time to make decisions, which I really appreciated having had the opposite experience with a previous realtor.
