10 offers and sold for 130k...So I did a thing today.. I bought a house all by myself!! It’s a cutie in Fairfax Station. It needs tons of work so I hope you follow along on my updating adventure. Roof, floors, paint, wall paper removal, kitchen and baths remodel and basement finishing. Whew!!
